Driving DirectionsThe President runs the eleven monthly board meetings for The Chapter. We do not meet in April. The President selects the chairperson for all the standing committees and any other tasks necessary to keep The Chapter running. The President writes a President's Message for our monthly newsletter. The President represents The Chapter at Stakeholder Liaison Meetings with IRS and at CSEA Board Meeting.
Russell was born in Park Ridge, IL, has co-authored 3 books on poker and is a semi-pro Poker player.
